Meet our team
Jayne founded Montare after leaving a successful recruitment career at a large recruitment agency. She has always believed in delivering a personalised service with a flexible relationship driven attitude and continues to instil this philosophy within Montare today.
Jayne has an inbuilt passion to give back to the Not-for-Profit sector and for many years has generously contributed her time and knowledge to helping Women in Business, Women in Health, and the Education sectors. ‘Suited to Success’ and the ‘Australian Cervical Cancer Association’ to name a few.
With a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) to her credit, Jayne’s management of various projects for business, coupled with business ownership and managerial leadership expertise, her knowledge is invaluable.
David has been operating Montare for 20 years. He has a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment area, both from an employer and contractor/candidate perspective.
David’s success in business can be attributed to his tenacity, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to achieving the goals he sets himself and his daring to think outside the square.
